Notices for Sunday 1st June

Copies of the Noticeboard leaflet for June are now available so please take a copy of these when you are next in and take note of things that are going on during the month.

We thank Oke for leading the service this morning doing all age talk.  Thanks also to Nigel who spoke on the Ascension and awaiting Jesus’ return.

Next Sunday at 4:00 PM (note the afternoon time, no morning service) we have our all-age Pentecost praise service so everybody is welcome to come and we'll have a “bring and share tea” afterwards so contributions of food will be very welcome.

Sarah and Helen are looking for volunteers to read so if you would like to do a reading please speak to Sarah

This week we have a prayer time at 9:30 tomorrow morning and 2:00 in the afternoon we have a deacons meeting, so we really appreciate prayers as we try to find the way forward with God's help.

There's an open doors prayer meeting in the evening where we pray for the persecuted church.  375,000,000 believers worldwide are persecuted because of their Christian faith. Please speak to Gillian for details.  This meeting will be on Zoom.

Children's activities resume this week after half term.  First steps toddlers group resumes on Tuesday morning and the CREW meet on Wednesday evening (which is the older youth group).  We have another prayer meeting on Wednesday at 12:00 noon for children and families.

On Thursday we have a light lunch followed by Bible study and prayer and Friday we have house group at the home of Gillian and Alan so please speak to either one of them for details.

Friday club resumes on Friday evening for primary age children.

On Thursday our friends Ezekiel and Carlton arrive in the UK from Kenya.  They coming to work on the farm again and will be joining us for worship each week during their stay.

A Very Warm Welcome

Everyone is welcome at our Sunday service which starts at 11:00 AM.  The service lasts around 1 hour and refreshments are served afterwards.  If you have any questions about our Church and what we believe, please feel free to come along and ask any questions.  You will be most welcome
